Cette \u00e9tape, qui consiste \u00e0 immerger les pi\u00e8ces dans diff\u00e9rents bains pour modifier ou am\u00e9liorer leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, fait appel \u00e0 plusieurs proc\u00e9d\u00e9s (chimiques ou \u00e9lectrolytiques). Certains d\u2019entre eux utilisent des substances pr\u00e9sentant des dangers importants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produits canc\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, mutag\u00e8nes ou reprotoxiques (CMR)<\/li>\n<li>Agents corrosifs<\/li>\n<li>Substances toxiques<\/li>\n<li>Produits inflammables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les op\u00e9rations de chromage, tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandues dans le secteur, exposent notamment les travailleurs au chrome hexavalent, un agent chimique class\u00e9 CMR.<br \/>\nDans ce contexte, la mesure des expositions au poste de travail constitue un outil indispensable pour \u00e9valuer le risque chimique. On distingue principalement deux grandes familles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les huiles min\u00e9rales (huiles enti\u00e8res)<\/li>\n<li>Les fluides aqueux (hydrosolubles)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces fluides d\u00e9pendent \u00e0 la fois de leur formulation et des conditions d\u2019utilisation.
